Breakfast Club is available to pupils in Reception to Year 6.
The cost is £2.50 per day, which must be paid in advance or on the day your child attends.
Children will be welcomed by Miss Jackson our regular breakfast club staff member. Children will be offered a choice of either toast or cereal and juice. After breakfast there is an opportunity for them to take part in a range of activities with children of different ages.
Wallbrook Primary Academy offers free after school clubs for all pupils from Reception to Year 6. More information will be available here when after-school clubs start again.
We are proud to be part of Wolverhampton Children’s University. This is a scheme which celebrates extra-curricular activities. The scheme raises the aspirations of our pupils, encourages engagement with learning and ensures that pupils have access to high quality learning outside of school hours. All pupils, who take part, are provided with a Passport to Learning. Pupils are rewarded with a stamp for every hour of learning they complete outside of the school day. Pupils can collect a stamp in their Passport to Learning when they attend any of our after-school clubs. So far this year pupils have had the opportunity to attend various sports clubs, STEM club and book club. We are looking forward to our First Aid course in the Summer Term.
When pupils have received 30 stamps in their passport they are presented with a Bronze Certificate to recognise their participation and achievement. Once they have earned 60 stamps pupils are rewarded with a Silver Certificate and when children have achieved 100 stamps they receive a Gold Award. All pupils who achieve a Gold Award are invited, along with their parents, to a graduation ceremony. Children will have a cap and gown to wear when they graduate.
